Program: Liberty Launch
Liberty Launch is our foundation program and represents the core values and goals of our organization. Long before seeking recognition from the IRS as a 501(c)3 public charity, we tested the waters (pun intended) to see if we could offer Veterans and their families no-cost experiences out on the water and record interest and meaningful impact. What we found was that our participants demanded we become a nonprofit and carry the call to serve those who serve, who served and their families forward. We filed for recognition under IRC section 501(c)3 as a public charity on 26 December 2023 and didn’t look back.
Program: Bay Gateway
Access to the water for everyone.
This is a fee-for-service program open to everyone that allows us to both subsidize our Liberty Launch program and create lowered cost opportunities for those who qualify; creating access for underserved communities and individuals; driven by data from the National Park Service, Chesapeake Gateway Office and chesapeakebehaviorchange.org to better facilitate access.
